Homework

Lent 2017 As we begin the season of Lent, we would like to adapt as our Lenten Project to create “Wash–Up Kits” for the local Homeless Shelters.

To assist with this project, we need you to help your child.  Your child should put aside their own money to assist with purchasing items for this project.

In a gallon size zip-lock bag place the following items (hotel or trial size):

  • Washcloth

  • Toothbrush

  • Toothpaste

  • Shampoo

  • Soap

  • Deodorant

  • Shave Cream

  • Disposable razor

  • Comb

  • Lotion

  • Lip Balm

The kits will be collected by your child’s teacher.  You can do as many bags as you like during Lent.  This is an opportunity to implement the teachings of the Gospel.

May God bless you for your assistance in this project!
