•                              Back To School Prayer                                                                                 
  Loving God, thank you for the rest and relaxation we enjoyed over the summer. Today, we pray for our children as they begin their new school year. Bless them with the joy at seeing friends, excitement at new experiences, and a love of learning. Watch over all who learn, replacing fear with joy, anxiety with peace, and tiredness with energy. Grant teachers wisdom, patience, and joy in serving their students.

  WOW, our first week back to school was a huge success! It was so exciting and fun! I enjoyed meeting my new second grade students and I look forward to getting to know them.
  I will post reminders on my class page until we are all logged on to our class Google Classroom page. 
  
  REMINDERS:
  *The class code is 3ucsyvf.  Please accept the invite.
  *All textbooks, workbooks and supplies should be in on Monday,
  9/9.
  *Sign the important papers that went home and bring back to school ASAP. We almost have a class set that came back already!
  *Please send your child to school everyday with lunch for this upcoming week, (9/9-9/13). The school lunch program does not begin until the following Monday, 9/16.
  *Morning and Aftercare begins on Monday, 9/9.
  *Meet the Teacher Night is on Thursday, 9/12 and will begin promptly @ 6:30pm and will end at 8pm.
  
  Our first class special is Spanish which begins on Monday.  If you did not send in a notebook and folder for Spanish please send it in.
