I have an exciting year planned this year in second grade.  Your child will be receiving two sacraments in second grade: Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.  They will also be transitioning from manuscript to cursive writing with our handwriting series.   The religion series, Word of Life, is an excellent resource. I believe that all students have the right to learn and enjoy school without interference.  In order to reach that goal I am implementing four basic rules for the school year:
1.  Listen and follow directions.
2.  Raise your hand before speaking or leaving your seat.
3.  Respect your classmates and your teachers.
4.  Keep your hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
